CRAG E-Alert - 10 June 2005
Dear Friends & Supporters:
LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
The Chair of CRAG has sent a LETTER TO THE EDITOR of the TIME magazine (Europe) in an initial response to the DVD that was included in its edition of 6th June (with photo of German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder on the front cover).
CRAG also continues to coordinate its efforts with other pan-European Armenian organisations for further follow-ups to this campaign of denial.
Another LETTER TO THE EDITOR was also sent to the Journal of Turkish Weekly in response to an article by Dr Sedat Laciner.
You can read both those LETTERS on the CRAG website here.
You can also update yourself on a host of other issues, including backdated CRAG d-base e-alerts, photos of past events UK-wide and future activities relating to the 90th anniversary in 2005, by logging on the website at www.crag.org.uk
And for those who would like to send their own Letters to the Editor, hereunder are the two e-mail addresses:
EDINBURGH CITY COUNCIL MOTION
CRAG continues to coordinate with its Scottish chapter in preparation to the submission of the Motion for the Recognition of the Armenian Genocide at the Edinburgh City Council on 30 June 2005.
We will keep you informed of all developments - for your support and possible attendance of the event in Scotland.
PRESENTATIONS on the ARMENIAN GENOCIDE
The CRAG Executive Consultant, who also carries the role of Ecumenical, Legal and Political Consultant to the Armenian Apostolic Church, will make two presentations on the Armenian Genocide.
The first one will be as a guest of the Barnabas Fund (UK) on 11th June at St John's Community School in Marlborough.
The second presentation will be as guest of the Middle East Forum of Churches Together for Britain & Ireland in London on 15 June 2005.
THANKS & APPRECIATION
The CRAG Chair and Board also thank all those who are helping financially support its activities in the UK - more so since many of them have done so generously and without even receiving any donation slips or requests (that previously came with the CRAG Report, and that will resume again soon).

Given the numerous requests CRAG receives these days for adding addressees to its data-base, we appreciate your letting us know who you are as well since some of the electronic addresses are totally incongruous. Thanks!
